Critter Crew AI is a virtual pet game and companion app that provides:

• Virtual pet adoption and care
• Interactive games and activities
• AI-powered chat companions (Biscuit and Leon)
• Premium subscription features
• Community features and social interactions

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You may use the App as a guest or create an account using:

• Sign in with Apple
• Email authentication

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.3 Age Requirements

Users under 13 years of age must have parental consent to use the App.

4. Premium Subscription

4.1 Subscription Terms

Premium subscriptions are offered at $12.99/month and include:

• Access to all premium pets
• Unlimited AI conversations
• Ad-free experience
• Priority customer support
• Exclusive games and features

4.2 Billing and Cancellation

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel anytime through your Apple ID settings or account management page.

4.3 Refund Policy

Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store policies. Contact Apple Support for refund requests.

5. Virtual Currency and Points

Paw Points earned through gameplay have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Points are for in-app use only.

6. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to hack, exploit, or reverse engineer the App
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Submit inappropriate or offensive content
• Use bots or automated systems to interact with the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App

7. AI Features and Limitations

Our AI companions (Biscuit and Leon) are powered by artificial intelligence and may occasionally provide:

• Responses that are inaccurate or inappropriate
• Information that should not be relied upon for medical, legal, or professional advice

The AI is for entertainment purposes only. Do not rely on AI responses for critical decisions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Critter Crew AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App
• Use our trademarks or branding without permission
• Create derivative works based on the App

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your information.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

10.1 No Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

Critter Crew AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.
